Two kinds of data, kept apart
On the device only
CPU, memory, disk, network, temperature, process, startup item and driver readings; the diagnostic sessions and reports built from them. These are analysed locally and are not uploaded. They leave the machine only if you export a report yourself.
In the cloud
Your account (email or phone, and the credential that proves it is you), the device list with its identifiers, your subscription and order records, and support tickets you open. This is what a login and a licence need, and nothing more.
How long it is kept

What you can ask for
Export
Get a copy of everything held about you.
Correct
Fix what is wrong, from the app or by asking.
Delete
Close the account and have the data removed.
Object
Say no to a processing purpose, and we stop it.
