Does it slow the machine down?
Collection is one sample every five seconds, and inference runs on the NPU or GPU when there is one. On a machine with neither, the light models still run on CPU.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Diagnostics and optimisation are local. Only the account and subscription need the network.
What does it send to the cloud?
Account and subscription data. Not your system metrics — see the privacy page.
Can I undo an optimisation?
Yes. Every change has a restore point behind it and a rollback in the app.
